The Dispute Resolution channel of the ICC Digital Library is a dynamic and searchable online service provided by the ICC International Court of Arbitration. It contains more than 1000 documents from its established publications on arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution.
Time saving and hassle-free
Have you ever worked on a complex case and spent hours searching for relevant material?
ICC’s online Dispute Resolution Library provides all you need for your daily job whether at home, in your office or while travelling.
Advanced search options help you to comb quickly through thousands of pages of content, searching by publication, category of content, language, author, keyword, or date.
The primary content of the Dispute Resolution channel comes from the ICC International Court of Arbitration Bulletin, a now quarterly periodical focusing on arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution from a worldwide perspective. The Library includes access to all of ICC's Dispute Resolution publications including the Dossiers of the Institute of World Business Law, and the Secretariat’s Guide to ICC Arbitration.
You will also find extracts from awards rendered by ICC arbitral tribunals, and a tool for finding where ICC awards have been published articles providing comment and analysis on law and practice, ICC reference documents including the annual Statistical Report on ICC arbitration, Commission Reports offering guidelines and discussion on procedural and substantive issues, including the ICC Guide to National Procedures for Recognition and Enforcement of Awards under the New York Convention and the complete collection of ICC Dispute Resolution Rules (current and previous versions).
Several sections of the library are freely accessible. Access to the entire Library is by subscription.
