The Purchase Agreement

Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with ICC Services SAS, An affiliate of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) situated at 33-43 avenue du Président Wilson, 75116 Paris, Registered at RCS Paris with the number B 313 975 237, Intra-community VAT number FR 45 313 975 237.

Payment Options

Please note that orders must be prepaid to allow immediate treatment and prices on our website do not include VAT, handling and delivery charges.

We offer the following payment methods:

When you place an order on, you will receive and order confirmation and, if the order has not been paid yet, a pro-forma invoice. Upon receipt of payment, your order will be dispatched according to your choice of delivery method, from our warehouse to the address provided during your purchase.

Cancellation of your order

If an error or inaccuracy occurs with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by email. This will be to inform you of the correct price and availability of the goods, and to confirm whether you wish to continue with the order at the amended price.

Availability of goods you order

Should our stocks not suffice to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited from your credit card will be re-credited to your account. We will notify you by email at the address given by you. Please note: we endeavor to bring our customers the best value we can by offering specials, but please bear in mind that stocks can be limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as possible. However, the process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours. Please note that the price the goods are offered for tender are as displayed in the Shopping Basket. RPlease be assured that your credit card will only be debited as your order or individual items from your order are dispatched.


ICC (which includes its subsidiaries and affiliates) will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and ICC shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

Force Majeure

ICC (which includes its subsidiaries and affiliates) shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.


If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which ICC excludes its liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

Governing Law

The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with French law, and the Courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
